Builds/creates, manages and runs all HR run events, approximately10 events per school year, including, new faculty and staff orientation, faculty and staff happy hours, end of year luncheon, years of service dinner and faculty and staff basketball game

Runs the HR inbox, answering all incoming questions or inquiries, as well as sending out all HR related updates to appropriate parties

Writes and sends all offer letters, fact sheets, verifications of employment, letters of termination for all employees, approximately 450 people each school year

Designs, orders and displays all corporate gifts, including, holiday gifts, faculty and staff appreciation gifts, end of year gifts, approximately 5 times a school year

Manages all changes in HRIS system, Paycom, including, hiring, onboarding, terminating, accruals, personal information changes, updates in salary and title changes, as well as running all employee based reports

Spearheading a new recruitment process and responsible for creating hiring teams, organizing interview questions, creating a space for all hiring teams members to access interview materials, schedule all interviews and communicate with all candidates via emails and phone calls

Approves and supervises all time off request as well as timesheets for all hourly employees

File, organize and maintain all personnel files, active or terminated, while keeping up with all organizational charts
